Baked Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 eggs, whisked
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 4 to 6 bacon strips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Combine whisked eggs and milk in bowl.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters (use scissors) and stir into egg mixture.
  4. Let biscuits soak in egg mixture while you cook bacon and shred cheese and slice onions.
  5. Combine everything into the baking pan.
  6. Bake 25 minutes at 350º F.
