Baked Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Slice zucchini about 1″ think.
  2. Dry with paper towel.
  3. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush zucchini with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 2 hours or until crisp.
  6. DO NOT OVER SALT!
