Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup freshly ground Parmesan cheese
- 1 oz reduced fat provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place tomatoes cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Top each with Parmesan cheese, Provolone, oregano, basil, and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
