Cheesy Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup freshly ground Parmesan cheese
  • 1 oz reduced fat provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place tomatoes cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each with Parmesan cheese, Provolone, oregano, basil, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
