Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup, butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Grease 8″ x 10″ pan with butter.
  3. Bake at 350° for 55 – 60 minutes.
