Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Heat oil over high heat – add mushrooms.
  2. DO NOT STIR until caramelized on bottom.
  3. Once caramelized, toss or stir and cook 5 minute more.
  4. Add butter cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add wine, lemon juice and thyme and cook 2 – 5 minutes more.
