Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
- 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
- In blender, combine the milk, yogurt, ricotta, protein powder, and cocoa.
- Blend on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes, until powders are well dissolved and no longer visible.
- Pour 1/2 the shake into a glass and enjoy.
- Refrigerate any remaining amount in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Reblend prior to reserving.
