Protein Packed Peanut Butter Cup Shake

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
  • 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder


  1. In blender, combine the milk, yogurt, ricotta, protein powder, and cocoa.
  2. Blend on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes, until powders are well dissolved and no longer visible.
  3. Pour 1/2 the shake into a glass and enjoy.
  4. Refrigerate any remaining amount in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Reblend prior to reserving.
