Taco Soup

Ingredients

    *2 lbs of lean ground beef
  • 2 pkg taco mix
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 pkg ranch dressing (dry)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can corn white (or 1 pkg frozen corn)

directions

  1. Brown the mean in a skillet.
  2. Drain fat and put in a large pot.
  3. Add the wet ingredients then the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 – 25 minutes.
